Chocolate Covered Caramel

Kika loves texture, her favorite being crunchy. For our salted crunchy chocolate covered caramels, we add little pearls of organic crunchy brown rice, delicious on its own but even more in our caramel. Enrobed in premium dark chocolate, topped with maldon sea salt. Nuts are delicious and hazelnuts with caramel and chocolate are even more. For our salted nutty chocolate-covered caramels, we get our hazelnuts from a small family-run hazelnut orchard in Oregon's mid-Willamette valley.
